GroupReady support
A useful next step.
Help with access, materials, reminders, and the app itself.
Contact GroupReady
For product questions or help with a problem, email:
Keep support messages free of participant information. Do not send participant names, patient or client identifying information, protected health information, clinical records, or confidential treatment information. Crop or redact screenshots before attaching them.
Support email is for product help. It is not a monitored crisis service. For an immediate safety concern, follow your organization’s procedures and contact appropriate local emergency services.
Start with the basics
- Close and reopen the app, then try the same step again.
- Check the App Store for an available update once GroupReady is released.
- For purchases, restore, or external links, check your internet connection.
- If the issue continues, note what you were doing and any error message.
Avoid deleting the app as an initial troubleshooting step. Your favorites, optional recent-plan history, preferences, and group schedule are stored locally and may be removed with the app.
Restore Purchases
If Pro is not available after a previous purchase, use Restore Purchases in Settings under GroupReady Pro or on the Pro purchase screen. Connect to the internet and use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Check that the subscription is active in Apple’s subscription settings. If a device or organization restricts in-app purchases, those restrictions may affect restoring access. If the purchase still will not restore, contact support with the error message and app version. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
Subscriptions & Apple billing
Pro purchases are processed by Apple. The app shows localized pricing and the subscription terms before purchase. U.S. pricing is $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, billed annually.
To view or cancel a subscription on iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then select GroupReady. A subscription continues to renew unless it is canceled through Apple. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles billing and refund requests. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple; GroupReady support cannot promise or issue an Apple refund.
Print or export materials
Open the materials for a group you can access, then choose the app’s print/export action. Use a Complete Packet when you need the session’s materials together. Review the selected materials and page preview before printing or saving.
Available printers and destinations come from your device’s sharing and printing options. Confirm the printer connection, paper size, and page range if the output is unexpected. A saved PDF or shared file is handled by the destination you choose, which may use storage or a network outside GroupReady.
Handouts are intended to be completed outside the app. GroupReady does not collect participants’ written responses.
Scheduling & local reminders
Reminders are optional notifications on your device. Check the group’s scheduled time and reminder choice, then confirm that notifications are allowed for GroupReady in device Settings.
Focus modes and device notification settings can affect whether you see an alert. Your schedule is local; it is not a shared team calendar or participant attendance record. Use your organization’s normal procedures for appointments and time-critical responsibilities.
Report a problem
A short, specific description helps. Include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and operating-system version.
- The GroupReady app version, available in the app’s Settings.
- The content version, if shown in the app’s information or feedback details.
- The screen, topic, session length, or tool involved.
- What you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce it.
- The exact error text, if one appeared.
For content feedback, identify the topic and 30- or 60-minute version, or the tool title. Describe the concern without including a real participant’s story or confidential treatment information.
